What are the legitimate pages and contact channels of Tala?

For your security and protection, transact and seek assistance only from our official contact channels. Scammers use different emails and Facebook accounts to imitate Tala, so always check the sender’s name and email address before sharing information. Please refer to the list below:

Fake and Unofficial Pages and Contact Channels

❌  Direct messages via Facebook Messenger, Viber, Telegram

❌  Fake email addresses ending in gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.

  • When applying, submit all information only through the Tala app.
  • Do not provide false application data — this is punishable by law. Learn more.
  • Do not share sensitive information and account details like your PIN with anyone.
  • Pay via authorized channels. Don't send payments to another person's e-wallet or bank account.
  • Tala does not collect the following fees: registration fee, membership fee, participation fee.
