How can I use my existing Tala account with a new phone? What do I do if I lost my phone?

If you do not owe anything on your loan, email us at and we will reassign your account to your new phone.

If you still have a balance on your account you must settle your current loan before we can assign your new device.

To settle your payment without using the Tala app, we can send you a manual payment request to either your registered mobile number OR email address. Please email us at and let us know where you want to receive the payment link. After you pay, please send us a screenshot of your proof of payment so that we can assign your new device.


- Cebuana Lhuillier, MLhuillier,, GCash, and 7eleven are Tala's only authorized payment methods. We wish to remind our customers that payments NOT made through these channels will NOT be processed. 
- Please DO NOT share your payment reference number to other Tala customers to prevent incorrect posting of payments.​
