How can I use my existing Tala account with a new phone? What do I do if I lost my phone?

If you do not owe anything on your loan, email us at support@tala.ph and we will reassign your account to your new phone.

If you still have a balance on your account you must settle your current loan before we can assign your new device.

To settle your payment without using the Tala app, we can send you a manual payment request to either your registered mobile number OR email address. Please email us at support@tala.ph and let us know where you want to receive the payment link. After you pay, please send us a screenshot of your proof of payment so that we can assign your new device.

 

REMINDERS:
- Cebuana Lhuillier, MLhuillier, Coins.ph, GCash, and 7eleven are Tala's only authorized payment methods. We wish to remind our customers that payments NOT made through these channels will NOT be processed. 
- Please DO NOT share your payment reference number to other Tala customers to prevent incorrect posting of payments.​
