If you do not owe anything on your loan, you may contact us and we will reassign your account to your new phone.
If you still have a balance on your account you must settle your current loan before we can assign your new device.
To settle your payment without using the Tala app, we can send you a manual payment request to either your registered mobile number OR email address. Let us know where you want to receive the payment link. After you pay, please send us a screenshot of your proof of payment so that we can assign your new device.
