I can't connect to Tala through the app

First, try restarting your mobile phone. If you are still encountering the error, please clear the application’s cache by following the steps below:

  1. Go to your Mobile Phone’s Settings
  2. Tap ‘Applications Manager’ or ‘Apps’
  3. Find the application you wish to clear its cache and/or data by swiping the screen to appropriate screen: Downloaded, Running or All
  4. Tap the desired app (Tala)
  5. Tap ‘Clear Cache’ button then tap OK button to confirm clearing the application’s cache
  6. Tap ‘Clear Data’ button then tap OK button to confirm clearing the application’s data
  7. Tap Home button to return to the standby mode
  8. Open Tala app again

If the problem persists, kindly send a screenshot of the error to support@tala.ph so that we can investigate further.
