There can be a few reasons why you cannot open or log in to your app. To fix this, please try the following:
- Check if you have a stable mobile data connection. You need this to use the Tala app properly.
- Make sure you have the latest Tala app. If not, please try to uninstall then reinstall the official app from here!
- Check if we sent you a notification regarding system maintenance or an ongoing downtime. If you have received a message from us, you should be able to access the Tala app when the technical activity or fix is completed.
