How to make a payment without the Tala app?

 

Please reach out to us through paymentsupport@tala.ph, and we'll send you a manual payment link to both your mobile phone and email address. Please expect to receive it within 24 hours. Just a heads-up: Once you've opened the payment link, the reference number generated will have a limited validity period. If you require a new reference number, please don't hesitate to inform us.

If you have a different number in mind, kindly provide it to us so we can send the link there as well.
Once your payment has been settled, we recommend updating the contact number on your account so notifications regarding your loan will be sent to your updated mobile number.
