There are two ways to pay at 7-Eleven branches nationwide:
Option 1: Via barcode — easier and faster!
- Step 1: Log in to your Tala app and tap "Make a payment".
- Step 2: Select 7-Eleven and view your barcode in the "Payment instructions" screen.
- Step 3: Show your barcode to the cashier at any 7-Eleven branch and give your payment.
No need to memorize or copy your reference number and personal details anymore!
Option 2: Via the CliQQ kiosk
- Step 1: Go to a 7-Eleven branch with a CliQQ kiosk or machine
- Step 2: Tap "Bills Payment", then select "Tala.
- Step 3: Enter the following details to generate a barcode:
- Reference number (found in your Tala app)
- Tala-registered phone number
- Amount you would like to pay
- Step 4: Show your barcode to the cashier and make your payment.
