Why did my mobile load transaction fail?



The partner Tala uses to process your mobile load is temporarily unavailable. The reasons why this happened can differ, from network outages to unexpected issues with our partner. Usually these issues are resolved in less than an hour. We will issue a refund and will appear on your Tala Wallet immediately or within 1 hour. If the refund does not appear on your transaction history, please contact us through our webform.
