My Tala app says that "There is a problem sending your loan" on my app. What does this mean?

 

 

If you see this message “There is a problem sending your loan” on your Tala app, rest assured that your loan is still undergoing a thorough review after receiving initial approval. This signifies that your loan has successfully passed the initial verification and approval stages. It is now undergoing an additional careful examination, particularly in cases with a high volume of loans to process. This supplementary review is designed to ensure that your funds are sent to the correct destination without any errors, ultimately aiming to ensure a seamless transfer of your loan to your account.

 

Once your loan is disbursed successfully, you will receive a notification through either in-app messaging or text messages, confirming the completion of the disbursement process.
