How can I cash in to my Tala Wallet?

You can easily add funds to your Tala Wallet through the following: 

• Digital Channels
  • E-Wallets: GCash, Maya, Coins.ph, GrabPay
  • Banks: BDO, BPI, BPI QuickPay, Metrobank, etc. Digital Channel

• Physical Cash-In Centers:
  • 7-Eleven
  • UnionBank branches

To cash in, simply follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Tala app and go to your Tala Wallet.
2. Select "Cash In" and choose your preferred cash-in channel.
3. Follow the additional instructions that are show in the app.

ADVISORY

From November 18 to January 31, 2025, cashing in to the Tala Wallet via InstaPay will be unavailable. This is due to maintenance activities of our banking partners EON and UnionBank.

• You may still cash in through EON or UnionBank, and other channels that use PESONet. 
• If you have funds in your wallet, they're safe and can still be used for loan repayments, bills payment, and buying load.
